Creating A Positive Learning Environment

We continually strive to create a 'learning environment' within our organisation.  

One of the many ways that we do this is through our Admin & Reception Training programme.  In this programme we take on staff who have no experience of working in the NHS, but want an opportunity to 'give back to society' by working to support people around their health, and train them to be excellent healthcare receptionists, healthcare assistants and managers. 

It does not happen overnight.  And sometimes they do deliver the standard of service that they aim to deliver.  But they try very hard.  

In a learning environment, you need feedback.  Good feedback, critical feedback, it all works, as it gives us the opportunity to improve the service that we offer you.  So please do take part in the surveys that we will be putting on our site from time to time.
