We will maintain a positive attitude, show compassion, appreciate and treat everyone with respect. We are dedicated to providing an extraordinary service to all."
Who are the First 4 Health Group?
We are a federation of four practices based in Newham who provide NHS medical services. We all share our management and IT systems so that our staff can work at any site to provide seamless cover to all of our patients.
Church Road Health (formerly E12 Health)
Stratford Village Surgery
E7 Health (formerly Leytonstone Road Medical Centre)
Cumberland Medical Centre
Church Road Health's one of the group's founding practices, is a Healthcare 100 employer. In 2010 E12 Health was nationally recognised by MORI, the Health Service Journal (HSJ) and the Nursing Times to be the 24th best Healthcare provider to work for in the UK. Since then it has continued to grow and develop its services to support our patients and our staff team. In 2019 we were nominated for a HSJ Value Award for work that we have done around end of life care.
Church Road Health has been a medical training practice since 2002 and Stratford Village Surgery was confirmed as a teaching practice from 2020. As part of our commitment to developing our services, we are working towards making E7 Health a training practice within the next 12 months.
Just as we are passionate about supporting our staff by recognising and supporting the hard work they do, we are just as passionate about creating a culture of "shared health care" with our patients. Our ultimate aim is to support you to be the healthiest you can possibly be.
The First 4 Health Group has a team of highly trained professionals and truly motivated support staff who are committed to being role models, and working as a team in order to provide an excellent standard of health care in all of our practices.
We always strive to be friendly and welcoming and consistently work to support our patients, colleagues and communities to create "peace" in the area of their health.
