We Are A Safe Surgery
All the GP Surgeries within First 4 Health Group (Stratford Village Surgery, Church Road Health, Glenroad Medical Centre, E7 Health and Cumberland Medical Centre) are SAFE SURGERIES.
The 7 commitments of being a Safe Surgery are:
1. We don’t insist on proof of address document
2. We don’t insist on proof of identification
3. We never ask to see a visa or proof of immigration status
4. We do what we can to protect patient information
5. We use an interpreter, if needed
6. We display posters to reassure patients that our surgery is a safe space
7. We empower our frontline staff with training and an inclusive registration policy
