Prescription requests via NHS APP only

From 1st March 2026, we will no longer accept prescription requests via Accurx

‍

What’s changing?

To help us manage requests more safely and efficiently, all repeat prescription requests must be made through the NHS App or NHS website.

This means:

  • ❌ We will no longer process prescription requests sent via Accurx forms
  • âś… Prescription requests should be submitted using the NHS App or NHS website
Why are we making this change?

Using the NHS App allows:

  • A single, secure system for prescription requests
  • Improved accuracy and reduced delays
  • Better visibility of your medication history
  • Faster processing and fewer errors

This also helps our clinical and administrative teams focus on patient care.

How to request your prescription

You can order your repeat prescription online using the NHS App or NHS website.
