Text Messaging System Malfunction

Dear Patients,

It has come to our notice that our automated text messaging system has been malfunctioning and patients have been receiving incorrect messages regarding their upcoming appointment (Eg. they have an upcoming face-to-face appointment, but have received a message saying they are due a telephone appointment). If you have received such a message regarding your appointment, please get in touch with the reception to confirm your appointment details.

Please be patient while we are looking into rectifying this system error.
