Temporary Service Update - Hot Weather
In response to the forecast hot weather expected from 6–12 July 2026, First 4 Health Group practices will be temporarily operating a telephone-first approach for some appointments where clinically appropriate.
If your clinician feels that you need to be seen in person, they will arrange a face-to-face appointment. Where appropriate, you may also be offered an appointment at another First 4 Health Group practice to help us continue providing safe and timely care.
These temporary arrangements will help us protect the wellbeing of our patients and staff while maintaining safe and effective care.
