The First 4 Health Group (F4HG) is a group of 4 GP practices with a centralised management and clinical team.  All 4 practices share their Management, IT, Training and Clinical Systems which enables them to work together as a team to collectively create an effective compassionate and caring workforce that is committed to providing it's patients with an excellent standard of healthcare.

Application Process

We are currently accepting applications for

  • Patient Care Navigators
  • Patient Workflow Co-ordinators
  • Bank Staff (if necessary)

People from the local community, who do not currently have NHS experience, but would like to work in the NHS, may apply to join our 'Bank Patient Care Co-ordinator or Patient Workflow Co-ordinator team. .

Bank Staff are staff who work with us from time to time when we are short staffed because of sickness, holiday, maternity or other absence. Bank Staff are provided with training (if necessary) and form part of our pool of staff who can be called in at short notice. Depending on how well you do, the experience you gain by being part of this scheme could lead to permanent employment with us as bank staff are considered first for any permanent jobs that become available from time to time.
